Built from scratch. Acquired within a year.

The founders had the plan, partners and customers, but no technical specification. We defined the product, built the platform and connected the providers.

The starting point

Customers waiting, no product yet.

The founders wanted one place for their customers to hold, move and manage money across banking, payment and crypto providers.

What we did

We led the product and the build.

  1. 2 weeks: Discovery

From the first call to flows, screens and an architecture ready to build.

  2. 3 months: Build & release

The customer product, operations console and provider integrations, from scratch to production.

  3. 1 year: Live & acquired

Live with customers, carrying real money. Acquired by a publicly traded payments company in 2025.

  4. Today: Develop & operate

We continue to develop the platform and support its operations.

  1. 01Defined the product

We turned business requirements into user flows and screens the founders signed off, and settled the questions nobody had written down: who can do what, in which order, which provider handles each step, and what happens when one doesn't respond.

  2. 02Made the engineering decisions

Architecture, provider integration approach and build plan in two weeks, explained in business terms.

  3. 03Built the platform

A production MVP in three months: the customer-facing product, the operations tools and the services behind them.

  4. 04Connected the providers

Banking, payment and crypto providers brought together behind the same customer interface and API.

The platform

Accounts, rails and a ledger behind one API.

The client's customer dashboard: wallets in twelve currencies and recent payouts and conversions.

Customer accounts

DDA and FBO accounts at partner banks, in customers' names.

Compliance layer

KYC and KYB onboarding, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring.

Payments

ACH, wire, RTP and FedNow.

Bank failover

Automatic switching between partner banks.

Unified ledger

Real-time balances and automatic reconciliation.

API and console

A public API for the product and partners, and an operations console for the team.

Connected providers: Airwallex · Braid · BlockFills · Trillion Digital · and others

After launch

We stayed through the acquisition.

Today we continue to develop and support the platform for its new owner.

Working with Sednor was a great experience. They effectively acted as our CTO, guiding technical decisions and helping us shape the product.

Kipp B., Co-founder

The process was well structured from the start. Each phase had clear timelines, and everything was delivered quickly and on time.

Alan C., Co-founder

After launch, they stayed involved in ongoing development and production support, covering both technical fixes and operational support.
