Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit sednor.tech, contact us or book a call, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

Who we are

Sednor Holdings Limited, Stasinou 1, Mitsi Building 1, 1st floor, Office 4, Plateia Eleftherias, 1060 Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 243682, is responsible for your data (the "controller").

For anything about your data, write to company@sednor.tech.

What we collect and why

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the time and the referring website. We use it to run the website, keep it secure and fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We see only totals, such as page views, referring websites, countries and device types. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you send the contact form

We collect your name and work email, and the company and message if you add them. We use them to reply and to discuss a possible project with you. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not an automated program. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that check. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We store your enquiry in Attio, our customer relationship management system, linked to a record of the company your email address belongs to. Attio may add publicly available information about that company, such as its website and industry. If writing to Attio fails, a copy of your enquiry is kept in the error logs of our website service so that we can still reply.

When you book a call

The booking link opens Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add, and creates a calendar event with a video call link in our Google Workspace calendar. Cal.com then tells our website service about the booking, which adds a note to your record in Attio. Legal basis: arranging the call you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you email us

We receive and store your email and our replies in Google Workspace and may record them in Attio. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You don't have to give us any personal data. Without a name and email address, though, we can't reply to your enquiry.

We don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Cookies

We don't set cookies or store information on your device for our own purposes. To protect the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may store technical information in your browser, such as a short-lived security cookie. It is needed for the spam check and is not used for tracking or advertising.
