How we work

Clear ownership on both sides.

You lead the business and we lead the engineering. Most engagements start with a short discovery phase at a fixed price, and the team that builds the product stays on after launch.

Who leads what

Business decisions stay with you.

Technical decisions come to you as options and a recommendation, in plain terms.

How an engagement runs

A small first step, then a steady build.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    1–3 weeks · Fixed price

A tech lead, a UI/UX designer and a project manager turn your business requirements into a plan you can build on. You don't need a technical specification: we settle the questions nobody has written down yet.

    What you get

    • MVP proposal and delivery plan
    • User-flow documentation
    • UI/UX for the critical features
    • Infrastructure and architecture design
  2. 02

    Build

    Two-week sprints

A team sized to the plan, typically a project manager, a designer, and front-end, back-end and QA engineers. We often start with one to four engineers and add more as the work proves itself.

    How we deliver

    • Sprints and demosTwo-week sprints with daily stand-ups and a working demo at the end of each.
    • Your tools or oursWe join your team's chat and task tracker, or set up ours for the project.
    • Tested from the startCI/CD, automated and integration testing from the first sprint.
    • One named leadOne lead you can call, with Sednor's founders involved in the engagement.

We built a US payments platform in three months and still develop it today, through its acquisition and after it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need a technical specification?
No. A few sentences about the product, your customers and your partners are enough to start.
How much does it cost?
Discovery is a fixed price agreed up front. After that, the cost depends on the team the plan calls for, and we go through the figures with you on a call.
Who handles compliance?
You own your compliance commitments and your relationships with banks and providers. We build the KYC, KYB and onboarding flows that meet them, and can run day-to-day compliance operations once you are live.
Can you take over a platform someone else built?
Yes. We start by reviewing the architecture and the code, then refactor or extend it.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything confidential.
